My Rehoming Procedure
My dogs are rehomed for many reasons. Sometimes a female has reached the age of 4 and is ready to move on to her new life with a family. I have also made purchases for breeding males and females that have not worked out. The dog would make a fine pet but as they grow and develop, I will find something that I do not want to breed into my line and will rehome that male or female without ever having bred it. There is nothing wrong with the dog, it is just not up to my standards for breeding. I have also purchased dogs that have gotten too large for the particular type that I am breeding. So, my message to you is, please do not think that there is something wrong with a dog just because I am rehoming it. I have, in my mind, my goal on what I want I want to produce and the dogs in my program have to meet certain criteria.
I have decided that I am going to handle the rehoming in this manner. I will place the dogs to be rehomed on my site. They will remain intact. I will ask a fee of 200.00 to 500.00 per dog for pets. I will, at times, have younger dogs that will be available with full registration as they may not be working with my breeding program but are still acceptable for breeding. They will be priced accordingly. I will be very selective about these placements as I would NEVER want one of my dogs put into a large, warehousing type breeding situation ie puppy mill!
Your requirements are to pass my questionnaire, agree with the pricing and pay up front for a spay or a neuter for the dog. I will then have the dog spayed or neutered and you can then pick up the dog.
I do my best to potty train all of my dogs. These guys will require some work but with one on one supervision, they will do fine. I will work with you on that issue. All of my adults are well socialized and have not been kenneled. They will easily fit into a family or an individual's life. They have been treated well and are all very friendly and outgoing.
